Anaximenes
O Autorze
Anaximenes was a pre-Socratic philosopher from Miletus, known for his contributions to the early development of cosmology and metaphysics. He is often regarded as a successor to Thales and Anaximander, and like them, he sought to understand the fundamental substance of the universe. Anaximenes proposed that air is the primary substance from which everything originates. He believed that various forms of matter arise through processes of rarefaction and condensation, which can transform air into different elements such as fire, water, and earth.
