Can Digger handle hot coeds, psycho chain-letters---and murder in the dorms? No sweat.

"Kill the person whose name appears at the top of this list." Most chain letters are boring. This one isn't. One dead, and next on the campus hit list is a sweet, virginal coed---Allison Stevens---who just happens to be the daughter of BSLI's top honcho.

So Digger, BSLI's chief troubleshooter, heads for Boston---and uncovers Allison in her dorm room---shacked up with one of her boyfriends. Figures.

Digger's snooping runs up a cast of suspects---the stuffy college shrink, her husband who's the college dean---all too willing to coach the girl students on his own time---and an oil-rich older student who's very, very bored.

Before he can belt down another vodka, Digger's got too many murders to prevent. Possibly Allison's. Possibly his own!
