Guilty No More: Saved by the Blood of Jesus

Are you going through life feeling unworthy, condemned or guilty? Do you feel like there’s no way God could love you or forgive you for the things you’ve done? Does it seem like you constantly let God down? Do you wonder if there’s more to life than what you’re living? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’re not alone! I spent sixteen years living in guilt, positive that there was no way God could truly love me. I was just sure that I was a huge disappointment to Him, and that it was only a matter of time before He would blot my name out of the Book of Life. More than once, I questioned why I was here, and if “being a Christian” was really worth it. The phrase “…just an old sinner saved by grace” used to play in my head over and over until I was certain that no matter what I did, I would never get into Heaven. It seemed like I would use up my allotment of grace before lunch rolled around, and then I was flying without a parachute. I wondered how much grace a person gets, and at some point does God just give up on us? Jesus paid the price for my sins, yet I continued to condemn myself day after day for the things I did that I assumed didn’t please Him. This book is about my journey leading from guilt to freedom. Along the way, I discovered how much God actually loves me. I learned to forgive myself for the things I did, and realized that God will never hold anything against me. I learned what it really means to be a Christian, and how Christians should think and talk and act. This book is my opportunity to give Glory to God and to share with you what I wish someone had shared with me so many years ago.
