Es uno de mis libros favoritos. Cambio mucho la forma de ver mi vida, de percibir los habitos y procurar disfrutarlos desde la estrategía más que desde la obligación. Este libro me motivo y motiva siempre a hacer cosas increibles. De lo que más recuerdo es la parte que habla de procurar crear un ambiente para lograr el habito, esa ez una de las prácticas que más atesoro.
