Hanging Matter

Novelist Ingrid Langley is happy with life, except for the fact that her husband, Patrick Gillard, has become bored since leaving MI5. When Patrick is suddenly charged with the murder, several years previously, of a senior officer in the Anti-terrorist Branch, Ingrid is left with no choice but to investigate. With a General Election looming, she discovers the arrest is part of a political plot to discredit members of the Opposition party. Ingrid realises that the only way to solve the mystery is to revisit the disused mining complex where the nightmare began - a decision that will have explosive consequences.
