This is a true story about my struggles with a herniated disc and severe sciatica and how I overcame it. I suffered for over two years and received virtually every treatment imaginable short of spinal surgery. My life was a mess. The injury and pain was affecting every aspect of my life, I could barely function. Finally, I discovered a simple secret I had been searching for all that time.
