King's Highlander

Danu, the goddess of Wolfkind, finds herself ensnared by an emotion she never anticipated—love for a mortal man. Her existence, once tied exclusively to her divine duties, is now interwoven with the complexities of human emotion. As she navigates her role among the beasts and her unexpected feelings, every heartbeat reminds her of the stark difference between her immortal life and the fleeting time of her beloved.

Captured in the body of a mortal, Danu must grapple with not only her changing identity but also the precarious balance of her powers. The world around her, filled with tumult and enchantment, serves as a constant reminder of the responsibilities she has left behind. As she explores the boundaries between mortality and divinity, her heart's desire threatens the very fabric of her existence.

Amidst this divine and mortal dichotomy, Danu's journey grows more perilous as dark forces conspire against her. She must come to terms with her burgeoning humanity, embracing both the joys and challenges it brings. With danger looming, Danu must make choices that could forever alter her destiny, risking everything for love and the chance to bridge two worlds.
