Off The Grid

Two young men that had the tools to succeed almost anywhere in modern civilization but due to personal situations entered the service of their country. In the process of learning their jobs they were noticed by a group of frustrated military officers whom had taken a military group that was losing it's status due to duplication of effort. They had molded the group into a wet operations group that was very effective at performing normal military activities because they were not hampered by policies or guidelines of combat actions that helped the enemy make guerrilla operations much more effective and deadly. Tim and Jake who had just graduated from Officer's Candidate School were asked to join this group. They were particularly effective and soon attracted the attention of other Military Officials who transferred the group to the control of CIA. Tim Taylor, a young man with connections in the Texas Oil Business, retired at this point and reentered the private sector of energy development. Jake continued with the CIA, but their paths were soon to cross again.
