عرض الكلNot my favorite, the pacing is a little all over the place and I happen to agree with people's views that women aren't depicted the best here. That said, I feel it's quite obvious that the dialogue and clunky attempts at humor are purely lost in translation (literally), because I can see how a lot of it _could_ work. Has some cool moments, and honestly some of the dialogue heavy sequences are entertaining in their own way. I fear that many people enter this series wanting Geralt and being a witcher, partially because they want what the games give you. It's explicitly said numerous times in the books that monsters are rare and that being a witcher is practically useless - not only that but the books are about Ciri, not Geralt. The short stories are a set up for the story of Ciri. She is the protagonist of the story.
