Possessing the Pit

Cali ~ I'm about to call it quits. I swear, if it wasn't for my baby brother, a 16 year old addict who's riddled with pit bull Shifter hormones, I would have given up years ago. With my family's dilapidated cattle ranch being held over my head, zero income, and a bounty on my damn uterus, I'm running out of options to keep Roux safe. So, when Fournette Belloc returns to Lafourche Parish, and he's more than ready to carry some of the burden on his massive shoulders, I'm a little too eager to accept his redemption. And it's catching the attention of all the wrong swamp dwellers. Fournette ~ I didn't end up back in Lafourche Parish by accident. My childhood home has fallen prey to the nastiest breed of predator. Black hole dealers are turning teen Shifters into addicts, forcing them to pay off their debts in the underground dog fighting ring. And it has set my angsty animal on fire. Just when I don't think it can get any hotter in the swamp, I run into Cali Broussard, and it leaves me all twisted up and hopeful with an alpha predator's heated agenda. Who's behind the bayou's newest pit bull fighting ring? How many more young men have to die? Can I be the warrior that Cali needs? And more importantly, will she let me? The swamp gets hot and steamy in Possessing the Pit, a Terrebonne Parish Shifters Series companion novel. If you like TS Joyce and P. Jameson, give Kimmie Easley a read!
