***I received an e-copy of the book from the Author in exchange for an honest review***I had read the first of this series[b:Rock Addiction|22839846|Rock Addiction (Rock Kiss, #1)|Nalini Singh|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1408109387s/22839846.jpg|42396239] as part of the release Tour, and I enjoyed it, but this addition I loved even more, I first got interested in this couple as their relationship is helped along by Molly, who is Thea's half sister, she suggests the route David should use to prove to Thea that he is serious about her in Book 1.[a:Nalini Singh|71688|Nalini Singh|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1288454777p2/71688.jpg] has a gift for introducing interesting characters in her books, I am a huge fan of her Psy-Changling and Guild Hunter Series, I have all of them in paperback and its one of my all time favourites to re-read. In each of her books you meet sub characters who you want to know more about, and David and Thea were like that for me in Book 1.David is the drummer of School Choir (I am still on the fence about the name, but I have worked out where the name came from after reading this book) and he's had it bad for Thea, the band's publicist for ages, but she's knocked him back each time he's tried to get close due to her shying away from men after her cheating ex. She's also seen enough relationship issues with musicians, and dating clients is a big No No for her, even if his sexy smile ties her up in knots.But David is not going to give up, he's different to the normal 'cliched Rockstar' he is a one-woman man...and he's madly in love with her. David's determined to prove he's worth the risk, and willing to do everything in his power to change her mind, Thea's about to discover just how long and hard this handsome drummer can play.So with the idea from Molly David sets out to state his case in a way that Thea will not be able to ignore - and boy were these were great to read. (Now if you have issues reading this on an e-book, this may be due to your reader!!! I had issues when I was reading on my Kindle app on my android phone, I only saw the headings and it wasn't until I spoke to my Blog Co-reviewer that I realised there were more too them and I checked on my i-pad and they showed up fine) Another thing that I liked about this book series so far was it was part based in a place dear to my heart - New Zealand. One such part had me giggling away as I had experienced swimming in NZ :D and also watched my hubby and sons brave the waters in the off season!There is more romance and less sex in this book, partly due to the couple being in different countries during the courtship, but the memo's sure make up for it and the build up to the relationship is great. The courtship is not all plain sailing and there is the dramatic spanner thrown into the mix, just to give you a bit of angst during the book. But overall I really enjoyed this and its getting Full marks from me.If you love romance, Rock stars and Nalini Singh then you will not be disappointed in this latest book. I look forward to reading the next one, and eventually getting myself the full paperback collection :D
