I absolutely love this series. The first book was a fantastic introduction to the characters. It's the first time I've read a saga like this. And I don't know if anything can ever compare. I loved how real and imperfect the characters were. I loved how they developed. I loved how they aged. I was completely carried away into the 18th century by these books and I didn't want to come out.
