Taming The Assassin

Ruby is an assassin hired to complete a hit on the leader of NYC's biggest up-and-coming crime syndicate. With a success rate higher than most, it comes as a shock when she's apprehended by the man she's supposed to take out.

The boss, Levi, has unusual methods of getting what he wants. He manages to beat Ruby at her own game, utilizing dubious means, and then claims her as his own.

As Ruby learns more about her captor, she becomes sure of one Levi doesn't simply want a pawn to sacrifice; he wants to mark her, change her, and make her a queen fit to rule the battlefield alongside him. He'll stop at nothing to achieve his goals, as nothing fazes him, not even the wild assassin he wants to tame into a loyal guard dog.
