Malachi Jones is a young man raised without any religious teaching. He meets Belle who is a Christian. Through Belle's leading Mal begins to study the Bible for himself and becomes a Christian.

Mal's sister Ann discovers a connection to the occult through the Ouija board. Ann begins to make her life decisions based on advice given by the two spirits she meets through the Ouija.

Mal begins to make his decisions based on the Word of God.

As brother and sister begin traveling down different paths trouble follows.
