she has left behind. Her life in the rat-race of modern-day
London was harsh and unrewarding, and came to a sudden and
rather violent end. The Being who meets her on the Other Side
seems welcoming enough - but what is this really all about?
This short story was previously accepted and published by Wet
Ink Press in 2006, and also in The Hub magazine in 2007.
