عرض الكلI loved reading this series and had me intrigued from the first page
(I read these books 16 years ago the first time then re read them around 6 years ago)Twilight: I remember reading this for the first time and I loved it and read it in one day. I did think the character of Bella was a bit of a pushover in regards to people at school. I also know Bella and Edwards relationship is very codependent and toxic but I can see both sides.New Moon: Out of the whole Saga New Moon is my least favorite. So many of the issues in this book is all down to lack of communication and making decisions for someone else without thinking. Also Jacob in this with the phone call annoyed me so much. Also Bella's actions after Edward left made no sense to me. This book could have easily been split to the end of the first book and the beginning of Eclipse. This book to me was way too long for what the majority of the book entailed. Eclipse: I enjoyed the plot to this book but the side plot with Jacobs obsession with Bella made me so mad and that Charlie didn't take him kissing Bella without her permission seriously made me upset at the Charlie character. I also found the wedding/changing compromise so stupid on mainly Bella's side of things but overall I enjoyed the main plot of this book. The Breaking Dawn: The start of this book where all the wedding prep is happening you can tell how uninterested Bella is right up until the moment she sees Edward at the altar. Another thing that bothers me is how Edward doesn't see that Bella is happy. Yes she is bruised but bruises happen during normal human sex and for someone that reads minds I find his attitude to be unnecessary. I understand Edward being scared when Bella is pregnant but his attitude doesn't help the situation. I will not talk about the dream sequence or the Jacob imprint plot as both annoyed me too much to comment on those.
