El libro me ha gustado bastante hemos de decir Sanders te amo o sea amo todo lo que has hecho por Stevie todo absolutamente todo amo que adoptar a Rosy amo como tratas a La siento mucho todo lo que pasó con tu familia y amo como o sea amo sinceramente el personaje de Sanders porque literalmente o sea creo que no hay mejor hombre escrito hasta ahora que yo me ha leído y -1 Sport más vale que yo pero sinceramente opino que Sanders es mi mi Top dos de chicos que más amo por Roman sinceramente y decir cosas que me han encantado que ha hecho ha vuelto a TV segura de sí misma a Rosy patrocinó el sitio que tanto le importaba su chica creo que sinceramente es un amor de persona lo amo me volveré a leer este libro 1000 veces, y por ahora solo un cuatro 75 al libro por motivos de que no me he leído los otros de la saga, pero sinceramente creo que superar a Thunders va a costar.

it’s a little sus that so many of you are obsessed with a character like dean di laurentis then turn around and trash evan zanders for being the same time of playboy ... but you’re not ready for that conversation 🫣🧍🏼♀️anyways i loved this a lot more than i expected!! i will eat up the arrogant playboy mmc every time, bonus points if he has tattoos and wears rings because YUM. stevie was such a refreshing fmc, it’s rare that a book claims to give “curvy girl” representation and actually delivers on it, but this one did 🙂↕️ they were so cutie n fun together i adored them!!! my only complaint is that it dragged a bit because why is a contemporary sports romance 475 pages long ✋🏼 the third act conflict especially, i’m glad it wasn’t resolved in two seconds because both characters needed to find themselves a bit but it really didn’t need to go on as long as it did 😭catch me maybe potentially bingeing this series now though because i fear i’m obsessed!! i cannot believe i’ve gone so long without reading these books but thank god i finally gave into the fomo 🤭𐙚⋆.˚pre-readi’ve started this book three different times and have never made it past fifty pages but guys I HAVE FOMO for this series so bad so mark my words i am going to make it through this time 🫡
4.5 ⭐️Zanders had great chemistry with Stevie, and I loved the banter! I really loved the found family vibes you get from Madison and his wife and kids. The mental health rep was handled well. Usually, it doesn't depict things too accurately, and it's aggravating. But, it was shown really well in this. And, I loved how Zanders gave Stevie the confidence about her body and that she is worthy of being loved. I really enjoyed this book, and i can't wait to read the next one in the series!
I have heard so many things about this series and oh man it didn't disappoint. I was a bit disappointed by the third act break up I don't like those, but that is a personal preference. I loved the banter between the main couple. They didn't circle endlessly around each other that was nice.
Mile High by Liz Tomforde is an incredibly entertaining and addictive sports romance that had me hooked from the very first page. The chemistry between the characters is electric, and the dynamic between them is full of tension, banter, and heartfelt moments that kept me turning the pages nonstop.This book is definitely spicy, I wasn’t expecting it. I truly enjoyed every moment of it, from the emotional depth of the characters to the playful and magnetic interactions that made their connection feel so real.Without a doubt, I’m eager to continue with the rest of the series. If Mile High is this good, I have a feeling each book is only going to get better!
I honestly love this book. This book i got to watch the characters grow in different ways and loved how this book wasnt like any hockey romance book i've read before.
Just be warned this book will make you cry.

I was expecting to like this book and I did.It could have been 200 pages shorter (and the guy narrating the audiobook really needs some breathing lessons), but I really didn't mind.It hit on a lot of mental health struggles, on a lot of difficult topics and I felt like it approached them with a lot of empathy, especially for a book that's primarily a hockey romance.All the stages of the romance were fun to read, the "he fell first" vibes were delightful. I'm a bit mad at the third act conflict, but I like how it tied everything together.

I felt like the third-act breakup didn't need to happen and was unnecessary. Zanders could have done everything he needed to with Stevie by his side.ZandersZanders is super sweet, as much as he doesn't want other people to know. He truly loves Stevie and notices all of the little things about her (like how she would twirl her thumb ring when she got nervous). I think Zanders was an okay character, I would have liked to see him not be worried about his image at the end and have Stevie with him, and proudly announce their relationship, and fire his agent then. StevieStevie felt kind of bland to me. I didn't understand why she kept so many people in her life who clearly didn't want to be her friend, and they were just using her to get to the brother. I loved her friendship with Indy, that seemed like a true friendship. But other than her being involved with the dog shelter I felt like there wasn't much to the character, or the character development. Sympa, l'histoire est mignonne et cool mais je n'ai pas du tout aimé la plume de l'écrivaine. Elle se répète beaucoup et écrit de façon très familière, pas que dans les dialogues, dans tout le bouquin.
Mile High by Liz Tomforde is the first book in her “Windy City” series. I chose this book as part of the series summer option of the Kindle challenge program. My decision was based on a recommendation from a trusted romance blogger. Now this book was pretty long, (16 hours of listening) which is rare for this genre, but it was totally worth the hours. Mile High is hands down one of the best sports romance I have had the privilege to read.Mile High introduces readers to Zanders and Stevie. Zanders is a professional hockey player. Hockey is his life, the one thing that keeps him sane in the journey of life. He shares his love of the game with his best friend and co-captain. Now, while is best friend is happily basking in the joys of family life, Zanders is contented with playing the role of the ultimate playboy. The thing is, though, most of the time this done as a ploy to feed the media frenzy and to placate his fans. The image he portrays to the public is a far cry from his true personality.Stevie is a flight attendant who so happens to work on the plane which the team uses to travel on to and from their games. Her feisty, bold and daring nature will win you over in no time. A fact which Zanders will learn throughout the course of the story. Their first encounter started out on a rocky path. However, after several encounters, the path became less rocky and soon feelings began to develop. However, insecurities on both their part coupled with past trauma and the no fraternization rule threaten to derail their happily ever journey. These two will need to face their demons and fight to preserve their relationship.The romance between Zanders and Stevie was beautiful and endearing. Their connection was evident from the start. I enjoyed seeing how they moved from antagonists to a couple deeply in love with each other. Their fun and fiery banter will have you falling in love with them in no time. The way they stood up for each other warmed my heart. I especially enjoyed seeing how they brought out the best in each other. They both deserved happiness, and one cannot help but root for them in their journey of love.The supporting cast added depth to the story. Zanders's relationship with his best friend and by extension his family, as well as Stevie's relationship with her twin brother, will warm your heart. Stevie's growth, which got a boost from Zanders, throughout the story was phenomenal. It made me happy to see her accepting herself and finally standing up to her mother for all the emotional abuse she put her through. Mile High delivered a feel good romance that romance readers will find satisfying. This was a worthwhile read and one which I encourage lovers of sports romance to add to their reading list.Winston James and Mari narrated. While this my second experience with the male narrator, the female was new to me. Both narrators did a good job in bringing the characters to life. However, on the production side of things, the quality needed work. The background noises which sounded like birds chirping coupled with the sound of the narrators taking a breath and swallowing was quite distracting.
