2.5 stars. DNF @ 37%I apparently have a limit to the amount of "time-traveling, philosophical, self healing journey" books i can read. And apparently that limit was the first 2 books in the series.I gave Before the Coffee gets Cold,5 stars and Tales from the Cafe, 4 stars.Unfortunately, this failed to keep my attention. I think I've slowly been getting bored of this series, to the point that I put off reading book 3 for nearly a year.As much as I like the writing and adore the premise of the books, they feel very repetitive now. Especially because you can guess exactly where each story is going to go. I have books 4 and 5, I will keep the whole series. Maybe one day I'll need a pick-me-up or an emotional read and these will come in handy.
