This was fine. I found the several-page Machiavelli tangent off-putting, and like it came from a different book altogether. For a short book, I skimmed a lot, as it seemed to meander in a way that I didn't enjoy. The bones were good, and I enjoyed the chapters about Chibi, the neighborhood, the couple, etc. I just think there was a lot of stuff that didn't land for me.
