A Cupcake Criminal

When Cathy Duncan catches her no-good husband with his hand in the cookie jar, she kicks his cheating buns to the curb.

Next, she embarks on a new venture. A sweeter endeavor. Her own bakery - Cathy's Cupcakes.

Soon her bakery catches the attention of the local network. She whips up a batch of publicity on her new weekly cooking segment.

Things are sweet, indeed, until Cathy makes an unsavory discovery. While walking her dog, she finds a body.

Worse, it's the remains of the television network page.

When the suspects start piling up, Cathy finds herself in the middle of a murder investigation.

Cathy's insatiable curiosity and amateur sleuthing are a recipe for disaster.

The murderer draws closer. His intentions have all the ingredients of a scorched soufflé.

Worse still. The murderous fiend makes it clear...he's not the muffin man.
A Cupcake Criminal is the first book in the A Chalkin' It Up Cozy Mystery series. It contains no swearing, gore, or adult situations and is sweet fun for readers of all ages.
