It should have been a normal day until the world went crazy... literally. You know, people rioting in the streets, my boss flying into a murderous rage, lack of a good cup of coffee, real end-of-the-world sort of crazy. And to make matters worse, I thought I was going crazy when someone pulled me into a different world...

Except I wasn't. No, I'd been hand-picked by a literal goddess and the last sane people on an alien world to save not only them, but my home as well. For a monster who coveted the power of the gods had sewn the seeds of madness in this world, the source of the plague that ravaged mine.

So, the choice was obvious. I'd have to master alien magic, gain the loyalty of a beautiful goddess and her lovely allies, and gain what I needed to defeat this monster...
