In this installment Ryan created a story aimed at readers seeking an emotionally charged romance. This installment centers around a forbidden romance, alpha hero, family dynamics and lifelong friendships.While this is the eighth installment in the series, this is the second book I am reading. Despite starting in the middle of the series it was not difficult to follow.Accidentally Forever gives us Crew McTavish and Aria Montgomery story. While not a Montgomery, the family embraced Crew from a young age. In the past he dated Aria's cousin, but they were never meant for each other which was affirmed when Daisy found her person. Due to his closeness with the Montgomery family, he and Aria were never out of each other's orbit. Soon a mutual attraction developed between them. However, circumstances opened them up to constantly battling their attraction to each other.Crew's childhood was less than ideal. Although he came from a wealthy family, he endured constant abuse from the people meant to protect him. Because of this his self-esteem took a blow and he convinced himself that he was no good for Aria. Hence the constant battle with his attraction to her. However, one can only fight for so long.Aria struggles with living in the shadow of her famous father. Also, while trying to help a fellow artist struggling with addiction, she got caught up in a cycle of abuse. Crew steps in to protect her and soon they couldn't get enough of each other.Prepare for an emotionally charged romance that grips readers from start to finish.
