I was all hyped to dive into the book after loving the movie, but oh boy, Tiana was a real tough cookie until the last chapter! I mean, a male narrator could've added some extra oomph to the male characters, you know? The deep dive into Naveen, Louis, and Charlotte was a treat, though. Tiana's my top princess, but this book didn't exactly roll out the red carpet for her or her tale. It piled on the struggles, which felt like too much. Seriously, why's the Black princess always got to face a mountain of hardships? A sprinkle of plot-twisting fairy dust could've spiced up Tiana's story beyond the movie.
🪷🐸 Loved this book If you love disney and mystery this is the perfect book. The princess and the frog was one of my favorite movies growing up and now being an adult I enjoyed reading this story 💚🐸🪷
