An eventful crossing

Salvatore, the in-demand auto repair mechanic dog, has finally finished his ultimate mode of transportation and is ready to venture to the ends of the earth in search of his beloved sweetheart. Taking with him his reluctant assistant, a minuscule human who communicates only through a PC, Salvatore is headed to Latin America by way of Russia and the Bering Straits, a route he characterizes as epic, but which is designed to avoid the seas, of which Salvatore is deadly afraid. Along the way, he meets a pretty cat named Julie who, as it turns out, has adopted the missing piglet that Amandine the Sow has been desperately spending her last penny to find while, unbeknownst to her, the rest of her litter is busy in a lucrative endeavor of bio recycling. Masterfully absurd and scathingly dark-humored, this new volume of the off-the-wall series is sure to astonish and amuse ardent graphic novel fans.
