There were many accidents and incidents, mostly hilarious for one reason or another. This makes ‘Brunty’ read more like a comic novel than a biography.
There are serious and touching sections as well as proud times, such as when his former pupil, Jenson Button won his first Formula 1 Grand Prix at a soaking wet Hungary in 2006 and again when he went on to become World Champion in 2009.
