is about a lovable Dragon who lives in the forest with other forest animals. He climbs to the top of a hill after the rain and sings to the beautiful world. Dan's singing annoys his friend, Brown Bear. Brown Bear is not too nice about Dan's singing and it makes Dan very sad.
