Essentials for a Deeper Spiritual Life

With dynamic and illuminating illustrations, Essentials for a Deeper Spiritual Life delivers an inspiring message rather than a heavy doctrinal treatise. Based firmly on the Bible, this book aims to awaken Christians to a largely untapped spiritual dimension of their faith.
If you're a true believer in Christ, you've been "born again" and now possess two inner an old fallen one and a new Christ-like one. Unfortunately, many Christians get sidetracked by a futile self-improvement project of trying to fix up the old sinful nature. We need to discover our identity in Christ so we can live out who we really are. Essentials is intended to help believers emerge from the cocoon of mere religion and be transformed into a genuinely spiritual Christian. See our website for a sample chapter.
Please note this edition is still lacking the Introduction by George Verwer and may also contain some early edition typos. Verwer's Introduction will be available later on our website, www.kencetton.com.
