In Detroit, a serial killer stalks the women of the city. As tension mounts, one woman will have to make a deal with a Demon to bring the killer to justice before the wrath of God falls upon Detroit.

Celeste Young rebelled against God centuries ago and was tossed out of Heaven. Now, haunted by dreams of what she gave up, she endures life on earth.
