Vreme de două zile, elevii din clasele de-a cincea, cei mai gălăgioși copii din școala Primară Laketon, fac un concurs ca să vadă cine poate să tacă mai mult: grupul fetelor, condus de Lynsey, sau grupul băieților, condus de Dave. Regula este să nu spună mai mult de trei cuvinte odată – nici la ore, nici în pauze, nici acasă. În afară de profesorul de engleză, care observă cu încântare modurile în care copiii comunică fără cuvinte, toți ceilalți profesori sunt cât se poate de nemulțumiți.

Once again Andrew Clements produces a fantastic and engaging story. While reading this, I almost felt like I could only talk in 3 words. A wonderful book for both teachers and students to read emphasizing the importance of words and how we use them. I would love to try this in real life!
