James Johnson, the illegitimate son of the iconic Wyatt Earp, seeks a new beginning in the wild town of Wichita, Kansas. With a legacy of being born into a family tied to law and order, James is determined to carve out his own path, free from the shadows of his lineage. However, as he arrives in Wichita, he discovers that the past has a way of haunting those who try to escape it.

Settling into the rough-and-tumble lifestyle of the frontier, James quickly learns that his father's notoriety carries its own baggage.
