Little Ladybug

This handsomely constructed and vividly colored board book captures the physical characteristics of one of nature's little creatures--the ladybug. The extra-thick pages are layered to present a 3D effect, and each page is beautifully illustrated with realistic renderings of insects and flowers, birds in the air, ducks and geese in their ponds, frogs leaping, dragonflies flitting, and nature at its most glorious. Toddlers will be delighted when Mom or Dad reads the story that accompanies the stunning color illustrations. Little Ladybug is one of three titles that Barron's offers in the Mini Creatures Little Butterfly, Little Frog, and Little Ladybug .
