Scarlett Lancaster is a young heiress living in a world filled with luxury and privilege, but her life takes an unexpected turn when her father surprises her with the news that he has hired a famous pop star for her upcoming birthday celebration. The excitement of this revelation soon leads to an emotional whirlwind as she navigates her feelings and the complexities of their lives.

As Scarlett prepares for the event, she finds herself drawn to the pop star in ways she never anticipated. What begins as an infatuation quickly deepens into a connection that transcends the glamorous façade surrounding them. With each passing moment, she grapples with her own identity, questioning the purpose of her wealth and the authenticity of her relationships.

Amidst the glitz and glamour of fame, Scarlett discovers the challenges that come with being in the spotlight. She must confront her insecurities, deal with the expectations of her family, and ultimately decide what truly matters to her heart. The path to self-discovery is fraught with obstacles, but it also brings unexpected heartwarming moments that lead Scarlett toward her own version of happiness.

In the end, Scarlett learns that true fulfillment comes not from the world around her but from embracing her own desires and forging genuine connections. As she stands at the crossroads of love and ambition, readers are invited into a beautifully crafted narrative of growth, resilience, and the search for one’s true self amidst the noise of fame and fortune.

I enjoyed the rockstar romance aspect along with the fake dating trope because I love a good faking dating trope but also the fact that they were both in the public limelight made me love it more because I always enjoy it when there are more chances of them being found out because I am one for loving some drama.

-I honestly think that fitz is a really good dad compared to the other parents in the Lancaster family series because he was an outcast and fun and adventurous which means that he's not one of those ones that's going to force his kids into having to act a certain... he's all about living life which I think's brill
-His record deal Guy is really vulgar like some of the things he says are like super questionable
-I don't like Ian...she likes Ian and apparently Ian likes her but she was too young even though that only a two-year age gap but I think he's just leading her on to be honest with you...I mean everybody else thinks it as well
-I also think it's brilliant that Tate wrote a song about her and released it...its just really adding to the tension...I can feel the fake dating in my grasp
-Roger is getting worse now that Scarlett is involved because he thinks it's okay to continuously say disgusting and sexual comments...i have a feeling that something is gonna happen in the future to do with him and I really hope it's his ass ending up in jail for sexual harassment
-I really like that it felt like a movie I could imagine all the scenes with the sexual tension and the fun moments when they're like driving through Los Angeles... I just really liked their relationship
-The third act breakup was a very quick three-day stint of not talking because he was writing a song for her...because they're fake relationship had been announced to everyone due to his record companies internship shitface...but he was able to announce that he loved her and he didn't wait ages because he knew that he loved her and then found a way to fix it
