Primary Schools And The Future

This study has two aims. Firstly, to consider the challenges facing primary schools as they move towards a new century and a new millennium; and secondly. to celebrate the work of primary schools and note their unique qualities and achievements. Within these broad purposes are four specific to examine the changed and changing circumstances within which primary school education is now set; to explore the organizational features of primary schools an dtheir potential for dynamic development; to outline specific strategies to meet the challenges of the future; and to consider the nature of the educational leadership that will be required.
