Problem Child is the next book in The Wolfverse, and I think I loved this book more than the first. We see Riley and the gang in this book, which I love.Lily is a single mom to a spirited little girl. Evie has special needs, something that Lily tries her hardest to help her through. Her designation may not help with that, either. Alpha tendencies without any alpha role models to help her.On another effort to help Evie, Lily goes to Crowe Corp for a consult, where we see Riley and her guys again. And that’s when everything changes. Ben walked in, the alpha she had an explosive one night stand with 9 years ago, resulting in a completely unexpected pregnancy. We get a front row seat for Lily’s trials of single motherhood. We then get to see the guys reactions to learning they have a child to care for. For alpha packs, it doesn’t matter who fathered the child. They all consider themselves Evie’s dad. It’s a rough ride, for all involved. They all have to learn to work together, and help Evie adjust to the sudden appearance of not one dad, but 5. The guys not only want to be there for Evie, but also woo Lily and convince her they’re mates.I was crying by the end of this book. It was so good. Lily and her guys deserve the chance to give Evie the family she needs.
