Beschreibung
Reg Date, the greatest goalscorer in the history of Australian soccer, was often called the Don Bradman of of football. The book is set against the background of coalmining towns and the tough and talented footballers borne of that community. It not only honours Date, but many other great footballers of his era, who were part of that glorious history and helped lay the foundations for the modern game in Australia.
