This week we’ve got a comic/Satanic horror from Stephen Hernandez, a florid tale of the blood-drinking Undead from Mercury Bless, another Dunsanian prose poem from Donald R Broyles, and a detective tale with a definite twist from Zahid Zaman.
In The Days of Mr Thomas Joseph finds himself in a poverty-stricken area; in The Thousand and One Nights the Delight of the Age writes a letter; in Cut, Betty recovers with the witch doctor’s aid; in The Caves of Mars Grae-don and Azora celebrate victory in the final installment of the novel. In The Iron Heel a churchman is locked up in a madhouse for obeying Christ’s injunctions; and in Crocodile and Leopard, Marcus, Candace and Brutus go to war with the anthropophagi.
