The Golden Ghost

In The Golden Ghost, a reclusive millionaire receives an unexpected visit from a barefoot girl who claims she is being pursued by an ominous figure with a golden glow about its head. The recluse takes her in to warm herself and is visited by his only friend, who claims to have seen the phenomenon with his own eyes. After the friend’s departure, the explanation gradually emerges and events move towards a horrifying conclusion…
