Author Anthony Horowitz's multimillion-selling Alex Rider series reaches thrilling new heights with Ark Angel, which is full of the blistering action and slick gadgets young readers love.

This is the sixth and final volume of the Alex Rider series. Alex survived the shot at the end of the previous volume, "Scorpia." However, his injuries remained serious, and he underwent surgery and was hospitalized. The night before his discharge, unable to sleep, Alex headed to the hospital entrance and noticed a suspicious visitor. It seemed to be targeting a boy in the next room. Not only MI6 but the CIA was also involved. What was the CIA's unreasonable request? Would they send a boy into space who wasn't even a combat soldier and had no training?
