This novella was a beautiful way to close the series, but I can’t help feeling a little disappointed that such an important ending was tucked away in a novella instead of a full novel. The story focuses very heavily on one main thing, and at times it felt a bit one-note. Especially the way Warner was treated throughout the book bothered me. It almost turned into a bully situation where everyone seemed to be against him, piling on without much balance. After everything he’s been through, that was hard to read and honestly felt a little unfair. That said, I did appreciate seeing things from Warner’s perspective. His vulnerability, his insecurities, and the way he still keeps choosing love despite everything made this novella emotionally impactful. You really see how much he has grown and how deeply he cares, even when he’s struggling with self-doubt and feeling unwanted. The emotional payoff at the end was strong. The series does get a proper sense of closure, and the final moments felt warm and reassuring. It reminded me why I loved these characters in the first place and why this world meant so much to me over the course of the series.Overall, this was a good ending, just not the one I fully hoped for. I wanted more depth, more space to breathe, and more justice for Warner. Still, it closed the story in a meaningful way and left me feeling content, if not completely satisfied.

And it's over! This novella wrapped everything up really nicely in my opinion. We got to read about the wedding and about a load of other surprises. One thing that was unexpected, was the shower scene. I mean, I loved it but compared to the other books I was just shocked that on went into quite a bit of detail especially considering I thought this books was ya? I could be wrong though. Anyway this book was a really nice way of ending the series. But the author also kinda left it a bit open ended in my opinion. Like if they really wanted to in the future they could pick up and expand the series further. It's not necessary but it's there if they ever wanted to.
