But under the light of the blue moon, it’s almost starting to feel like Darius doesn’t want to stay away from me. And I’m not sure if it’s my magic going haywire or the starlit skies, but I can’t imagine leaving his arms either.

This story features an impulsive witch, Effie, and an Alpha werewolf named Darius.. Effie feels like the sister who's been cast aside, and Darius can't bring himself to trust his wolf. They embark on a journey that results in closeness. It was a lot of fun reading about these characters' journey from enemies to lovers and fated mates. Although rom-coms aren't my usual preference, this one was great.This did not turn out to be a typical vanilla rom-com. It was pretty spicy. The audiobook made it even better. The narrator's were a great pick for the character. They brought Effie and Darius to life.Effie was AMAZING! She is so full of life and funny. She doesn't take any $hit from anyone, not even the Alpha werewolf. Also, she was described as having curves which I love the representation for us non skinny gals. This was such a cute and spicy paranormal rom com. I recommend the audiobook. It made it soooo much better. I'd especially recommend it to Paranormal rom-com Lovers.
