No por la escritura, que me parece excelente, sino por gusto personal no disfrute de la historia, para mí una tragedia sin sentido propia de otra época y que, en mi opinión, no ha envejecido bien.

I really liked this book, even though Juliet was only 13. It’s a cute "love" story. While it felt a bit too much for my taste, I can understand why people enjoy it. I completely agree with the view that this isn’t a romance; it’s more about the consequences of lacking family boundaries.
Valutazione: ⭐️/5.Giuro, io ci provo, ci provo e ci riprovo a dare una possibilità alla storia d'amore più tragica di tutti i tempi quale è Romeo e Giulietta, ma più la leggo e più non mi piace.Rimango sempre del parere che sia una storia d'amore a dir poco sottotovalutatissima, ma a questa rilettura l'ho trovata anche piuttosto noiosa.Ho trovato assurde davvero troppe cose, partendo che Giulietta a soli 14 anni sia già in età da marito e che ci siano già ragazzine più piccole di lei che hanno già messo su famiglia, è qualcosa di inammissibile. Poi, non ho sopportato il suo personaggio per metà dell'opera.Forse l'unico personaggio che forse si salva tra i due è Romeo, ma fatto sta che rimane una storia davvero brutta e davvero sopravvalutatissima. Non ho ancora capito perché sia così tanto osannata.
Un clásico que nunca me canso de leer, porque resulta una historia muy divertida y que se lee en un suspiro.Desde luego, los personajes son icónicos, sobre todo Benedicto y Beatriz.También recomiendo ver su versión cinematográfica, porque está muy bien tratada también la historia.
Die Sprache ist natürlich ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wirklich schön.Und bin ich die einzige, die sich fragt, wieso in den Büchern aus der Zeit so schnell so viele Leute sterben :D
