Hubin listed New York City set mystery novel that is built around the crimes of an insidious drug ring. The story opens with the murder of a girl who is about to give evidence over to the Grand Jury pertaining to the dope racket. She dies in the arms of Juror No. 17, who then assists with the Narcotic agents to bring all those involved to justice. Early drug related fiction.
