Paramedic Terrence Samuels loves a good time, especially at Phoenix’s top sex club for the LGBT crowd—Sinsation. The young stunner with model good looks is very popular with many of the men at the club. One in particular seems to want more than Terrence would like to give and is getting extra pushy. But when the handsome ER doctor takes care of Terrence after an injury, he wonders if it’s time to get serious and get out of the club scene.

Ever since his long-time partner died, ER doctor Jackson Reed has been content to live alone with his cat, Mr. Nibbles. At thirty-eight, he thinks his chance at love has already come and gone. Just because the paramedic he meets in the ER happens to be a Taye Diggs lookalike and seems interested, that doesn’t mean he has to take him up on his unspoken offer. Right?

It takes a lot of convincing from Terrence to get Jackson to go out with him for a drink. Once they’re alone, though, the chemistry is so strong that Jackson decides he’s finally ready to take a chance on romance again.
