Maxie's Miracle

What do you do when you wake up and find yourself in a car you don't own, on a snowbound street you don't recognize in a city you've never been to? And what should you think when you look in the rear-view mirror and you don't recognize the face staring back? What about that blanket in the passenger seat next to you? Why does it tingle when you touch it? And why in God's name is it wrapped around a shotgun, an automatic pistol and an axe? There's a house across the street...a house that gives off a pulsing, black vibe...and there are scraping sounds coming from 'round back...in the shadows...in the snow. You don't know much about what's going on, but you know one thing...you're going into that house...you're going around the back, and you're taking your arsenal with you. And if you make it back in one piece...it'll be a damned miracle.
