Origins

Jimmy has no friends. No girlfriend. No purpose.

Coasting through life, he spends most days sitting in a corner reading a science fiction or fantasy novel, wishing he were the hero of the story, brave and strong and desirable to women.

Then one day his wish came true.

The day the world died.

Torn from his mundane existence, Jimmy must now cross a dangerous new wasteland alongside a ragtag group of survivors, hoping to stay alive long enough to discover the truth that waits at the end of these dead highways.

But along the way Jimmy may discover something even greater—his place in the world, even if everyone else is gone.
