Hydrakon has been appointed an Honorary Maker. This has never happened before in all 150 million years of Maker history. The Chief Maker also appoints him as its Minister without a Portfolio. Hydrakon and his fellow excellent tactician colleagues, Stringfellow and Wei, devise and carry out a plan to destroy the Collectors. Unintended consequences of the demise of the Collectors threaten the former Collector Empire and the Confederation. Their resolution requires much fighting in many exciting battles.
