He is experiencing complications in his love-life, and his radio show has been axed. Having bought an old tape recorder at an auction, he is amazed to discover with it a tape containing songs by a young John Lennon, which have never been publicly released. His excitement soon turns to caution when a brutally murdered body turns out to be the previous owner of the Lennon tape.
