In a future where unwanted teens are harvested for their organs, three teenagers find themselves on a harrowing journey of survival and self-discovery. Connor is a rebellious youth struggling against a world that sees him as disposable, Risa is an orphan who has been raised in a system designed to produce perfect citizens, and Lev is a religious boy raised to believe his fate as a "tithe" is honorable.
