The two most popular hero groups in the Marvel Universe, the Avengers and X-Men, clash. The beginning is the Phoenix Force. X-Men, the leader of the Cyclops, is extremely sensitive, as the Phoenix Force, who drove him to the brink of destruction, is heading back to Earth. He wants to protect Hope Summers, a new host of the Phoenix Force, not to repeat the mistake of losing his lover Jean Gray. The Avengers, on the other hand, interpret the Phoenix Force approach as a major crisis for the entire planet. They know that Phoenixs final goal is Hope, and head to X-Mens base to secure her first step. Captain America tries to solve with Cyclops through dialogue but fails, and the clash of two leaders suddenly bursts into group battles. In the meantime, the Phoenix Force eventually reaches the Earth ... . What will be the fate of the Avengers, X-Men, and Earth?
