This one was by far my favorite. I loved all the mythological characters we met. I loved how many strong women we met from mythology as well. I love that they were all in the same book also.The growth of the characters in this book is huge for a few of them especially. The challenges they face and manage to overcome is great.
This one took forever but it's definitely my favourite so far! The whole situation with Nico is so incredibly powerful
First of all: Bob. Oh, Bob. I was not prepared to care that much, and then Rick Riordan decided to make me care that much. Every scene with Bob hit harder than expected, and by the end I was sitting there like, "Excuse me, why am I this emotional over a Titan?"Percy and Annabeth going through Tartarus together was intense, creepy, and surprisingly heartfelt. Their loyalty to each other is on another level, and this book really showed why they're one of my favorite fictional couples. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew had plenty of action, humor, and chaos to keep the story moving at full speed.“Bob says hello.” — and suddenly I need a moment.
